Raymoxi-D Eye Drops

Composition: Moxifloxacin 0.5%, Dexamethasone Phosphate 0.1%

Packaging: 5 ml

The benefits of Raymoxi-D Eye Drops at a glance:

Dexamethasone is a highly potent and long-acting glucocorticoid that suppresses the inflammation.

Raymoxi-D Eye Drops has in-vitro activity against a broad range of gram-positive and gram-negative aerobic and anaerobic bacteria

It shows a bactericidal effect on susceptible bacterial cells by inhibiting DNA gyrase, an essential bacterial enzyme, which is a critical catalyst in the duplication, transcription and repair of bacterial DNA.

It has an approximately 7 times greater anti-inflammatory potency than prednisolone.

The actions of corticosteroids are mediated by the binding of the corticosteroid molecules to receptor molecules located within sensitive cells. Corticosteroid receptors are present in human trabecular meshwork cells. Topically Dexamethasone is absorbed into the aqueous humour, cornea, iris, choroid, ciliary body and retina.

It is preservative free and well tolerated with minimal ocular side effects.
