Gatiray B Eye Drops

Composition: Gatifloxacin 0.3%, Betamethasone 0.1%, HPMC 0.025%

Packaging: 5 ml

The benefits of Gatiray B Eye Drops at a glance:

Gatifloxacin due to its strong activity against various gram-positive and gram-negative microbes is strongly effective

Gatifloxacin is found to be effective to kill bacteria in aqueous humor.

Betamethasone is a corticosteroid medicine, used for reducing inflammation.

Betamethasone reduces inflammation. Inflammation can occur as a result of allergy or irritation and is caused by the release of chemicals that are involved in producing immune and allergic responses. These chemicals cause blood vessels to widen, resulting in the affected area becoming red, swollen, itchy and painful.

Betamethasone reduces inflammation by stopping cells from releasing these inflammatory chemicals. When it’s administered directly into the eyes, ears or nose it reduces inflammation in these local areas.
