Composition: Gatifloxacin 0.5%

Gatifloxacin is a broad spectrum fluoroquinolone derivative which terminates bacterial growth by binding to DNA gyrase (topoisomerase II) and topoisomerase IV, essential bacterial enzymes involved in the replication, translation, repair and recombination of bacterial DNA.
In short it stops the growth of bacterial DNA.
